I made our first call at 6:45 at Boxer NW for a sales meeting at 7:15. We ran about 1:30 for the meeting. Dino was not at the meeting this year (home with the flu). He always adds a degree of flair to the meetings with his wit! Jim Mincks and I both missed him and hope he gets well quickly.

The new chairs CB317 cost buster and the 1315-S with its Star design are both a hit in style and price.

After the Boxer meeting we visited the Bargreen store, meeting staff and had a meeting with Terry.

We made it as far as Spokane on Wednesday and dropped off sample at the Spokane Bargreen store. Thanks to Lori who kept the store opened until our late arrival 17:30. For her help she now has a new J.H. Carr coffee mug.

Off to Missoula and the new Bargreen/Ellingson store.

I spoke to a local customer that was in the store while I was working with Cindy, I asked the customer if she had any trouble finding the new store located on the 228 Express (better check that address), she told me that she had no problem finding the new store and that she had never seen any thing like this in Missoula before. The Ellingsons always do a first class job.

I am in Rapid City (105 outside) I had wanted to stop here to visit Mt. Rushmore, the last time I came through town the only thing we had time to see was the back side!

The good news is we are still breaking records, it's cooler in Fargo only 102 and they have a new record predicted for Minnie for Monday 105 (hotter than Phoenix). I think it's about time to rethink the travel time schedule.

We plan on hitting the road at 05:00 to beat some of the heat.
