Argosy / Consolidated Dinner Cruise Ship

The Argosy/Consolidated Cruise Ship scheduled to launch the 1st week in May. This article was on the front page of the Seattle PI Business section on April the 4th. Good shot of Jim -- put you anti glare glasses on! The project has been a test to say the least!! The ship is booked for the 5th of May, and is due for Sea trials this week. This is a replica ship from the old Seattle Mosquito fleet and will be operated by Consolidated Restaurants (The Met) JH Carr is working with Bargreen Ellingston on the project.

02/15/00 - Jaref Consultants
J.H. Carr and Sons of Seattle is proud to present this year's "Presidents Award" to Jay Fung with "Jaref Consultants" of Hawaii. The "Presidents Award" is bestowed annually to members of the J.H. Carr sales team for outstanding achievements in sales performance and for the highest standards of professionalism. Jay has represented J.H. Carr since 1994 and his territory includes the Hawaiian Islands and Guam. Among this year's major projects completed by Jay, is included the award winning dining facilities located in Hawaii at Schofield Barracks, Quad A. Jay worked diligently with American Restaurant Supply of Hawaii to bring this project to J.H. Carr and Sons. The project was subsequently awarded the "Connelly Award" by the US Army as " Best Dining Facility " in the US Army.
