The Process

Step 1.

Project Assessment

One of our account managers will work with you throughout the duration of your project and even beyond to help with any potential future projects. They will hold a meeting with you - virtually, in person at our showroom, or on site - to determine the full scope of the project. This will include any design specifications, timeline, budget, as well as going over material choices and requirements that will be needed.

Step 2.

Plan Dissemination

After the account manager has all the requisite details, our team will assess production needs and complete any templating and/or 3D modeling needed. Once any renders are completed, they will be submitted along with final plans for client approval.

Step 3.

Production

When all specs, plans, and other details receive final approval the project goes into our production queue. Your account manager will keep you informed of the current status to ensure the project is on schedule, or to let you know if any issues or delays come up. At any point during the production time, a site visit is welcome to come and see how things are looking.

Step 4.

Delivery & Installation

Once a project is complete, it will be quality checked by our team before going out. We can deliver and install the final piece(s) with our JH Carr team, or help a third party carrier package and load up the project for final delivery. Your account manager will follow-up with you once everything is installed to ensure complete satisfaction.
